Privacy Policy — QMS Ataa

QMS Ataa is an internal quality-management tool for Ataa Educational staff. It offers no self-registration; accounts are created by an administrator.

What we collect: account details (name, email, role), the work you enter (ratings, notes, recommendations, comments), attachments you upload (photos, audio, files), and a Firebase token used to deliver notifications to the right device.

What we do not collect: location, contacts, advertising ID, or any data for advertising or analytics purposes.

Permissions: camera and microphone are used only when you choose to attach evidence to an indicator and never run in the background; storage access is for picking an existing file; notifications alert you to approvals and comments relevant to your role.

Sharing: we do not sell or share data with third parties. It stays on Ataa Educational servers and is visible only to users whose role permits it. The single exception is Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, which receives a device token solely to deliver notifications.

Retention and deletion: data is kept while the account is active and for institutional record-keeping. You may request account and data deletion from within the app or by contacting us; requests are honoured within 30 days except where retention is legally required.

Security: all traffic uses HTTPS, and access is enforced by role on the server, not in the interface alone.

Children: the app is intended for staff and is not directed at anyone under 18.
